Company Profile

1. Doppler method ultrasonic flowmeter manufacturer

2. Wiring diagram of ultrasonic flowmeter

Ultrasonic flowmeter wiring is mainly divided into two parts: host wiring and probe wiring. There are differences between different brands and models, and the product manual must be followed for accuracy. 1. Power input for host wiring: Supports AC 220V or DC 24V power supply. Choose one of them according to the wiring diagram. Sensor interface: - Downstream probe connected

1.

2. Terminal 3 (GND, DN -, DN+), usually only need to be connected to DN - and DN+(terminals 2 and 3) - Upstream probe connected

4.

5. Terminal 6 (GND, UP -, UP+), usually only need to be connected to UP - and UP+(terminals 5 and 6) 4-20mA output: AO terminal connected to signal positive pole, 24V - terminal connected to signal negative pole 485 communication: connect 485 OUT A and 485 OUT B terminals Heat meter function: - Water supply terminal connected to TX

1. T

1. GND - Return terminal TX

2. T

2. GND (supply and return GND are connected together) Relay output: Connect RELAY+and RELAY - terminals 2. Probe wiring Probe cables usually include shielded wires, signal positive (+) and signal negative (-) terminals. Conventional connections only require connecting the+and - terminals, and shielded wires can be omitted. Due to possible differences in terminal definitions and wiring methods among different manufacturers, please make sure to check the wiring diagram provided in the instruction manual before actual wiring.

3. Application and troubleshooting of ultrasonic flow meters?

1. Measurement principle of ultrasonic flowmeter Ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact flowmeter. The working principle is that the propagation speed of ultrasound in a fluid is affected by the fluid velocity. By measuring the propagation speed of ultrasound in a fluid, the fluid velocity can be detected and the flow rate can be converted. Taking the widely used time difference method ultrasonic flowmeter as an example, when ultrasonic waves propagate in a fluid, the propagation speed of the ultrasonic waves in the downstream direction increases and the reverse direction decreases, that is, the same propagation distance has different propagation times. Then, the flow rate is calculated by using the relationship between the difference in propagation speed and the measured fluid flow velocity to convert the flow rate. When the ultrasonic beam propagates between the "upstream sensor" and the "downstream sensor" in the direction of water medium flow in the pipeline, the flow of water will cause a small change in the propagation time of the ultrasonic beam relative to static propagation, and this change in propagation time is proportional to the flow velocity of water. This is the measurement principle of the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter. The theoretical expression of its relationship is as follows: V=MD/sin2 θ × △ T/TupDown, where M - is the number of straight line propagation times of the ultrasonic beam in water θ - is the angle between the ultrasonic beam and the water flow direction Tup - is the propagation time of the ultrasonic beam in the positive direction (from upstream sensor to downstream sensor) Tdown - is the propagation time of the ultrasonic beam in the opposite direction (from downstream sensor to upstream sensor) △ T=Tup - Tdown
